Can I rent the machine for a full day?

Absolutely! You can choose from Morning (8:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Evening (4:30 PM – 10:00 PM), or Full Day rental (anytime between morning & evening).

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

We currently do not offer pickups. However, we deliver the ice cream machine straight to your location, making it convenient and hassle-free for you!

What happens if the machine gets damaged?

The option to pay a damage waiver is available at check out. If the machine is damaged while in your care and no damage waiver was paid, then the customer will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement of the machine.

How does the rental process work?

Simply pick your preferred rental slot, place your order, and make payment. Once we confirm your payment, we’ll arrange the delivery of the ice cream machine to your location.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required. Just make your full payment to confirm your booking, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I add extra supplies to my booking?

Yes, you can! We offer convenient add-ons to suit your needs:

  • 50–100 serves of ice cream
  • Above 100 serves of ice cream.

Simply add your preferred option to your order when booking, and we’ll include it in your package.
